Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area (BGCCA) has a rich history serving youth in Albany & Rensselaer Counties. If you are passionate about culturally relevant youth development, love to connect with people, and want to be part of an extraordinary team, BGCCA is the place for you!
We offer the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the Capital Area by working with our community youth. Mandatory criminal background checks are required every year for staff and board members. All potential employees and recurring volunteers are required to be cleared in accordance with the New York State Office of Children and Family Services regulations.

See all the Club does on our Programs page.
Free and inclusive training for young adults 16-24 looking to enter the workforce. Get PAID while learning; get your driver's license or ID; plus help obtaining transportation, supplies, tools, and more!
Volunteering at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area is a fulfilling experience that provides an opportunity to make a direct investment in the future of our youth.
