Summer Camp

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area (BGCCA) provides a safe and fun summer camp experience that encourages youth to have the confidence to learn and grow. We do whatever it takes to ensure kids and teens have a memorable summer and feel prepared for the upcoming school year.

Summer Camps in Albany and Troy, NY offer a variety of benefits for youth, including:

Fun learning environment - Summer camp provides a safe place for youth with summer learning opportunities and encouragement to develop self-respect, self-esteem, and self-identity.
Positive role models - Youth can form bonds with positive role models who can offer guidance and mentorship. Our camps have low youth-to-counselor ratios and background-checked counselors.
Accessible for families - BGCCA offers affordable rates and financial assistance.

Camp takes place Monday, July 7, 2025 to Friday, August 29, 2025. Camp is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Open to youth ages 5-12.

CAMP COST
$260.00 per child, per week if paying with DSS, card, or check.

Sliding scale financial assistance is available.
$25 /week sibling discount per additional child.
$50 /week non-refundable deposit due at the time of registration.
Payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to the registered week.
One FREE week if your child is registered for all 8 weeks and full payment is received by June 23, 2025.

DROP-OFF & BREAKFAST
Drop-off starts at 8:00 AM a light, nutritious breakfast for campers is provided from 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM
for no additional charge. BGCCA Summer Camp is licensed by the NYS Department of Health.

Camp at the CLUB

Unfortunately, some kids face challenges that threaten their ability to have positive summer experiences that could lead to a great start to the school year.

Boys & Girls Clubs provide kids with safe and fun summer experiences that give them the confidence to learn, explore, grow, and discover their passion, and maybe even experience the great outdoors.

We'll do whatever it takes to ensure greater futures for our Capital Area kids.
