The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area hosted a black tie event at the Albany Clubhouse on Friday, February 25th. The 1st annual Heroes Gala was a celebration of Black History Month as well as an opportunity to honor local supporters of both the Club and community.
Youth from our after school and teen programs performed tributes which included the singing of the Black National Anthem, poetry recitals, and a dance performance.
