BGCCA with the support of community partners presented a back-to-school Fashion Show at Crossgates Mall.

Boys & Girls Clubs families and supporters enjoyed an Art In The Park evening with the Tri-City Valley Cats on Saturday, August 24th. Thank you to the Tri-City Valley Cats for hosting Art In The Park with BGCCA as the charity of the night. Families and supporters of The Club enjoyed the game with a BBQ dinner and plenty of high fives from Southpaw! Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area hosted a Block Party at the Troy Clubhouse on May 31st, 2024. The event took place behind the Clubhouse and was open to the public. Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area celebrated Women's History Month with a Women's History Tea at the Albany Clubhouse, 21 Delaware Ave, in the afternoon of Saturday, March 23rd, 2024. Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area hosted the 3rd annual Stop The Violence Rally at Dana Park on Friday, Nov. 10th. Friday, Nov. 10th was grey and overcast, a reflection of the somber tone of the Stop The Violence Rally, now taking place for the third year. Ty Jackson ( pictured far right ) is the author of Danny Dollar Millionaire Extraordinaire: Lemonade Escapade . Danny Dollar aims to promote financial and reading literacy and entrepreneurship to students in grades 3-6. Mr. Jackson came to the Troy Clubhouse in April of 2023 to talk with our community youth who were thoroughly engaged with his presentation and personality.
